Master Abon was produced by Evavi Jaya Madiun. It's a home industry which focusing on turning mackerel into several products especially fish floss.
Eby created the fish flood into several variants of taste. The original and spicy. "It has a savory taste which make you want some more," Evie Retnaningsih, the owner of Master Abon said.
Evie tells her story that she got the idea of turning those mackerel into fish floss. "It was all started when I was willing to make some healthy as well time saving food for my kids," Evie added.
The fish flood were purely maden100 percent from mackerels.m and some local ingredients. The savory taste was obtained naturally from the fish. It has no preservative or additive things like MSG.
This fish floss will be a perfect companion to eat with some rice and some other companion dishes. It suitable for everyone and could be enjoyed for any occasion. You could even have it for your hamper.
Evi has started the mackerel floods since 2015. As time goes by she added some variant to her products such as beef flops or chicken floss.
She has distributed her products to several neighborhood cities. For out of town distribution, she pack the floss in a jar or pouch for safety.
